Our customer was a systems integrator supplying fuel management
systems to emergency services, bus fleet companies, etc. A few
years previously they had used ECL to produce an interface PCB.
When the decision was made to design their electronics, they
came straight back to us for assistance. Meetings with design and
management personnel discussed many aspects of the project
including packaging and design for manufacture in advance of the
first prototypes being produced.
We have liased constantly with our customer throughout the
development phase and into early production. During this phase we
helped them hit important deadlines such as trade show
demonstrations and site trials.
