Functional Test
The majority of our existing customers expect us to perform some
degree of test to their assembled PCBs, sub-assemblies or completed
products. Often this takes the form of a 'Functional Test', i.e.
checking the operation of the assembly.
We are happy to accept your propriety test equipment or
replicate this as required. Equally well if you wish to provide us
with a test specification we can have a customized test kit built
for you.
We can also work with you to develop your test strategy.
Flying Probe Test
In certain situations functional test may not be feasible at the
contract manufacturer. For example the assembly may be only one
small part of a 'System Integration'.
In these circumstances 'Flying Probe Test' may be an option.
This piece of equipment allows us to probe all connection nodes on
the assembled board checking for any component or manufacturing
defects.
This may be an attractive solution particularly where products
are to be deployed in field locations from which they cannot be
recovered.
Bare Board ATE
All our bare printed circuit boards are ATE tested for
continuity.
