SMT Assembly by Pick & Place

Production volume SMT assembly is carried out on one of our 3 automatic placement systems.( APS Gold Place L-06 or Multitroniks.)

 

 

 

BGA & Fine Pitch Pick and Place

We have capabilities to place BGA and fine pitch packages. We can similarly cope with discrete components down to 0402 size.

 

 

Proto-types

Proto-type & low volume production surface mount can be placed using one of our semi-manual placement systems.

 

 

 

Conventional Thru’ Hole

Volume conventional assemblies are wave soldered using our new RoHS compliant Novastar system.
